Emma’s Properties Limited, trading as Emma’s Properties, is a member of the Propertymark Client Money Protection (CMP) scheme.

If a CMP member goes into liquidation or misuses client money, Propertymark will reimburse landlords and tenants. You don’t need to prove fraud, only that you haven’t received money you were entitled to.
