Emma is professional, reliable and such a pleasure to deal with. Nothing is too big of an ask. Emma manages a number of our properties around the Castle Bromwich and Shard End area. She’s fantastic, and always has been. Just wish there was an Emma in Wales (where the rest of our portfolio is). From start to finish it’s just complete peace of mind, she has a wealth of knowledge, responds almost immediately if we ever need to contact her and most importantly we have absolutely zero stress or worries when at our home in France. We know with confidence that the properties and the tenants (and of course us) are just fully taken care of, hassle free! Cant recommend Emma’s properties highly enough.

I stumbled across Emma’s properties on Facebook and found a property to rent near to where I was currently living, I contacted them and received a response immediately, I then got a phone call from Emma to arrange a viewing, she was so lovely over the phone I was so excited to meet her.
Once I arrived at the property on my viewing date, Emma was already there, with everything going on (covid) Emma greeted me with a mask on and always kept distance, she was so welcoming and so professional. As I was new to this I was worried about asking questions that could be silly but Emma made me feel really at ease, she went through everything with me and told me she would be in touch, a few days later I received a lovely phone call to say I had been successful.
From the first message on Facebook, to getting the keys the whole process was amazing and stress free. I have nothing but great things to say about Emma’s Properties and highly recommend to anyone who is looking to sell/let/rent.

I put an offer in on a property listed with Emma’s. On meeting Emma, my self and my husband straight away felt comfortable and at ease. We put our current property on the market with Emma’s and used their solicitors so everything was under one roof.

I have my property up for sale at the moment with this agency, although it hasn’t yet completed I am very happy with the service I have received so far. I was impressed that Emma came out herself to do my valuation and she made me feel at ease with the whole selling process. Viewings were arranged to suit me and never does anything feel a problem.
Emma’s are very responsive and will get back to you the same day if you contact them regarding any queries you may have.
